I saw Jingo for the first time - I believe in the late 80's - supporting Perpet Mobile at the Zeche in Essen. I believe the Toxic Reasons or some other big US name was on the bill too. I'm not sure. I was hooked straight away. Many gigs followed: AJZ Bielefeld, opening for the Bad Brains, Luxor in Cologne, some free festival in Bonn and many others ... gosh so many great shows. Their sound was and is timeless.

Let me spell it out for you: Jingo's got to come back. Please

just stopped by to kill some ignorance, mine of course, for all I only knew before was Bye and Perpetuum Mobile ( I did listen to it thousands of times, and I must agree w you, it`s a hell of a perfect record, a true masterpiece, I can listen to it anytime, it always will sound fresh and wonderfully sculped in solid rock )...
These guys are so fookin`great, and yvonnes voice and the lyrics wow I got to bow down
thank you very much for making this, you really did help me in knowing something more from this unbelieveable band by the name of Jingo de Lunch

hey, great to meet such a cool site about a band I used to love so much.
Jingo De Lunch got my heart when a friend passed to me Axe To Grind, sadly I hadn't the opportunity to see them on a stage.
well, I just wanted to post my personal tribute to the band and a big thank you to all the members.

Great, thx man for this side. It was in 91 when I went to a concert of Jingo de Lunch for the first time. Man I loved the band (still they´re my favorite) and Yvonne... I was rally sad when they split. Im really angry that I missed their early years, pues bueno, mal sehn was die Jungs und Maedels noch so machen. Hope to see you guys in Berlin. Gepflegt im Franken oder aufn nen Jever in der Milchbar (gibs die noch?)
